Avila Integradores de Soluciones SA de CV (“we”), with its address at Av. Insurgentes 4001 Interior 615, col. Colinas de San Jerónimo, Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, C.P. 64630, is responsible for the personal data of people who create a Back to Zero account. Privacy contact: hola [at] soporte [dot] avilaintegradores [dot] com (responsible person: Jorge Ávila Meléndez).
For the data a company enters about its own business (sales, customers, goals), the company is the controller and we act as its processor, under the Data Processing Agreement.
2. Data we process
- Identification and contact: name, email, company, country and language.
- Access: password (stored with irreversible hashing), second factor, IP address, browser, sign-in dates and change log.
- Billing: plan, billing period and invoices. Your card details are received and stored by Stripe; we never see them.
- App usage: the sales, goals and customers your company records.
- Daily email: whether it was opened and when, using one tracking image per send. We don’t store your IP address or device.
- Your feedback, if you choose to give it: your rating, your comment and what you choose to show (your abbreviated name and your company’s name).
We do not process sensitive personal data.
3. Purposes
Necessary for the service: creating and managing your account; providing the app’s features (counters, daily email, goals); billing; support; security and abuse prevention; legal compliance; and measuring use of the service (sign-ins, number of sales logged and daily email opens) to run it, support it and improve it. These metrics don’t include amounts, customers or the content of your sales.
Additional (you may refuse): sending product news; sending you personal follow-up messages (welcome, help getting started and getting back on track) that you can unsubscribe from at any time with the link included in each one; measuring site usage with analytics, only if you accept; and, only with your express authorization in the app, publishing your feedback about Back to Zero on backtozero.app and our social media, with your abbreviated name (for example, “Jorge A.”) and, if you choose, your company’s name. You can withdraw your feedback at any time from the “Your feedback” page in the app. To refuse, write to hola [at] soporte [dot] avilaintegradores [dot] com; refusing does not affect the service.
4. Who we share data with
Only with providers that help us deliver the service (hosting, payments, email delivery) and are bound to protect it; they are listed under Sub-processors. Also when required by a competent authority under the law. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
5. International transfers
The app and its database are hosted in a data center in Dallas, Texas, Estados Unidos, and the payment processor operates from the United States. These transfers are necessary to provide the service you subscribed to and are made with providers bound to protect your data.
6. Your rights
You may access, rectify or delete your data, object to its processing, revoke your consent or limit its use by writing to hola [at] soporte [dot] avilaintegradores [dot] com with your name, your account email, your request and, where applicable, proof of identity or representation. We will reply within 20 business days and, if applicable, act on it within the following 15 business days. Many actions you can take yourself in the app: edit your profile, export your company’s data or close the account.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Mexican data protection authority.
7. Retention
We keep data while the account is active. Your feedback is deleted when you withdraw it or when the account is closed. When it is closed, data is permanently deleted after 30 days and from backups within the following 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (for example, invoices).
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, isolation between companies, access logs and backups. Our team’s access to a company’s data requires its temporary permission.
9. Cookies
We only use essential cookies to keep your session and preferences. If we enable analytics, we will ask for your permission first. Details in the Cookie Policy.
10. Changes
If we change this notice we will let you know in the app or by email. Last updated: 2026-09-30. This notice is governed by Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. This is a translation; the Spanish version prevails.
